Thank you for shopping with Male Swiatlo. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our candles and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights.

1. Returns Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition and packaging.
  • Unused and undamaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Candles that have been lit or used.

  • Personalized or custom-made candles.

3. Return Process To initiate a return:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at maleswiatlocandles@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or dislike of the product. Please be sure to carefully review the product details before making your purchase.                          
  4. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item to us.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

7. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund for damaged items at no additional cost to you.

8. International Returns For international returns, please contact us for specific instructions. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
