Thank you for shopping with Male Swiatlo. We want to ensure that you have a pleasant experience when receiving your candles, so we’ve outlined the details of our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and weather conditions, especially for remote areas.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are looking to place an international order, please contact us, and we will try to accommodate.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number, which will be updated as the package makes its way to you.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • While we take extra care in packaging our products, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will either issue a refund or send you a replacement.

  • If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please reach out to our customer service team so we can assist in locating it. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the carrier has marked the package as delivered.

6. Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • We do offer shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that delivery times may be longer for these locations.

7. Additional Shipping Information

  • Please be aware that during peak seasons (such as holidays), shipping times may take longer than usual. We encourage you to place orders early to ensure timely delivery.
